Mediolanum Award for Service Quality InnovationThe second "Mediolanum Award for Service Quality Innovation" was presented on 17 June 2009 at Bocconi University, dedicated this year to services to assist senior citizens.
Banca Mediolanum and Bocconi University have created a professorship in Customer&Service Science and instituted the Customer&Service Science Lab (CSSlab): the center for applied research in the services sector, consisting of laboratories specialized in the various areas of interest, such as customer orientation, technological innovation, competitiveness, best practices, and service science. |
