Events

For years the Mediolanum Group and Banca Mediolanum have sought to extend their presence to aspects of daily life not directly associated with financial matters. It therefore organizes and participates in various social, cultural and sporting events, proposing initiatives to help resolve those situations that require support.

Sponsorships

Banca Mediolanum sponsors sporting events like the following:

Tirreno Adriatico: since 2011 Banca Mediolanum has been the official sponsor of the Blue Jersey, the prestigious prize assigned to the winner of the Tirreno Adriatico cycle race.
This sponsorship is a further opportunity to link the bank to the values that characterize the sport of cycling: determination, teamwork and spirit of sacrifice to achieve the objective.
This initiative has created contacts with the community that are not linked solely to financial matters but also to sporting and social relations.

Giro d’Italia: since 2003 Banca Mediolanum has been an official sponsor of the Gran Premio della Montagna, represented since 2012 by the Blue Jersey, synonymous with effort, individual strength and also teamwork, synergy and the wise allocation of forces, concepts in close harmony with the mission of the bank. Many activities are organized each year for this event to relate to customers through cycle excursions, happenings at the Family Banker Office, exclusive dinners, and GiroMediolanum and Mediolanum Party evenings in the company of such celebrities as Francesco Moser (with us since 2003), Gianni Motta and Maurizio Fondriest (since 2004) and Paolo Bettini.

Mediolanum Forum: since 1 January 2009, Banca Mediolanum has been linking its image to the Forum of Assago, which has thus become “Mediolanum Forum”.
The Mediolanum Forum is the principal covered multifunctional structure in Italy in terms of capacity (over 11,000 seats), utilization and the importance of the events it hosts. It is a mandatory stopover for the major national and international tours of music, sports and live entertainment and hosts sales conventions of the largest Italian companies.
