Between Mr. Ennio Doris, the company Fin. Prog. Italia S.a.p.a. di Ennio Doris & C. , known collectively as the "Doris Group", on the one hand, and Fininvest S.p.A., on the other, there exists a block and voting syndicate representing at least 51% of the share capital, which shares were contributed on a 50/50 basis. The Shareholders' Agreement was renewed September 14, 2010 and shall remain in force for three years.
