Mediolanum shares are traded on the Italian market and are part of the basket of FTSE/MIB stocks.

June 3, 1996: Mediolanum stock was listed on the Milan Stock Exchange at a price of 12,000 lire (6.197 euro) per share;

November 1997: the ordinary shares underwent a "1:5 stock split" operation;

If the original placement price were calculated post-stock split, the placement price would be 2,400 lire (1.239 euro).
