Business results of the subsidiary Banca Mediolanum

MAY NET INFLOWS ONCE AGAIN AT HIGH LEVELS
Total Net Inflows for the month: € +404 mn – in mutual funds: € +434 mn
Total Net Inflows year-to-date: € +1,618 mn (+59%)

Mediolanum S.p.A. announces business results of the subsidiary Banca Mediolanum for the month of May 2014.

In particular, net inflows into Mutual Funds were € +434 mn (both direct and through Unit-linked), of which € +63 mn through the new insurance product "MyLife".

Corresponding data calculated according to the Assogestioni methodology (for the category "Fondi Aperti" -"Mutual Funds"): € +447 mn for May, and € +1,660 mn since the beginning of the year.
