Lists of nominees for the election of the members of the Board of Directors were filed
Lists of nominees for the election of the members of the Board of Statutory Auditor were filed
We inform that on April 3 and 4, 2014:
a) the parties to the shareholders' agreement that governs Mediolanum S.p.A. (Fininvest S.p.A. e FIN. PROG. ITALIA s.a.p.a. di Ennio Doris & C.);
b) shareholders holding 1,206 % in aggregate of the share capital of Mediolanum S.p.A.;
filed their lists of nominees both for the position of director and for the position of statutory auditor.
The lists filed by shareholders under a) were assigned number 1), while the lists filed by shareholders under b) were assigned number 2).
The documentation required under article 144 octies of the Regulations for Issuers will be made available at the company's registered office, on the web site of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the Company's website (
http://www.mediolanum.com/) within the term set forth by the law.
