Half Year Financial Statements as of June 30, 2013
We inform that the half year financial statements pursuant as of June 30th 2013 to art. 154-ter, para. 2 of the "Testo Unico della Finanza" (Leg. Decree 58/1998) is available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the website: www.mediolanum.com under the section Investor Relations/Financial Data/Annual & Interim Reports.
The report on half-yearly financial statements, released by the external auditors, will be made available in the same manner, within the term foreseen by the laws in force. This press release will be published tomorrow August 6th, 2013 on "Il Giornale" and on "MF".
