Issuin of bonds
Filing of the deed of october 1st, 2012
Mediolanum S.p.A. informs that the deed of October 1st, 2012 by which its Deputy Chairman Mr. Alfredo Messina (exercising the faculty granted by the Board of Directors held on July 31st, 2012) has executed the issuing of non convertible bonds for an aggregated amount of Euro 50 million, is available to the public at the registered office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the Company’s website www.mediolanum.com/ Investor Relations/ Corporate Governance/Other Documents.
