Conclusion of the Bond Placement
Mediolanum S.p.A. announces that the non-convertible bond placement was concluded on May 23, 2011, issued in accordance with the resolution by the Board of Directors of Mediolanum S.p.A. on March 1, 2011, and placed on the Italian market for the general public through the issuer Banca Mediolanum S.p.A.
At the close of the placement, there were a total of 239,164 bond subscription requests from 3,336 subscribers with a nominal amount placed of 239,164,000 euro.
