With regards to the Shareholders’ Meeting convened in first call on April 21, 2011 at 14,30 and in second call on April 22, 2011 at 14,30, we inform that today the Report pursuant to Art. 72 (amendments to the By Laws) and the Report pursuant to Art. 73 (own shares) of the Regulations for Issuers or “Regolamento Emittenti” have been made available to the public at Borsa Italiana S.p.A..
