Issuing of bonds filing of the deed of march 16, 2011
Mediolanum S.p.A. informs that the deed of March 16th, 2011 by which its Managing Director Mr. Ennio Doris (exercising the faculty granted by the Board of Directors held on March 1st, 2011) has increased the maximum aggregated nominal amount of the bonds issuings resolved upon on March 1st, 2011, is available to the public at the registered office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the Company’s website www.mediolanum.com.
