Report pursuant to Art. 73 of the Regulations for Issuers or “Regolamento Emittenti” (own shares)
With regards to the Shareholders’ Meeting - convened in first call on April 27, 2010 at 14,30 and in second call on April 28, 2010 at 14,30 – we inform that today the Report pursuant to Art. 73 of the Regulations for Issuers or “Regolamento Emittenti” (referring to own shares) was made available at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. together with the draft financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2009 and all the reports and opinions pertaining to the above mentioned Meeting.
The said documents will be available to the public at the registered office of the Company (from Monday to Friday from 9,00 to 18,00) and on the Company’s website www.mediolanum.com.
