Filing of the board's resolutions relating to corporate bonds and increase of the share capital pursuant ti art.2443 of the italian civil code
Pursuant to art. 72 para. 5 of the “Regolamento Emittenti” and the relating transitory provisions, we inform that the resolutions of the Board of Directors held on May 13, 2009 relating to:
- the amendment of the previous resolution of November 12, 2008 relating to the issuing of corporate bonds;
- the proposal of a paid increase of the share capital by a partial exercise of the delegation granted by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 26, 2005 pursuant to art. 2443 of the Italian Civil Code, with the purpose to issue ordinary shares with premium to service the exercise of the options granted to the collaborators benefiting from the Stock Option Plan 2005 - fourth cycle - with the exclusion of the shareholders’ right of option.
