The Annual Report on Corporate Governance and the Directors Reports to the shareholders were deposited
Pursuant to art. 89-bis, paragraph 3 of the Regulations for Issuers, Mediolanum hereby announces that the reports for the next General Meeting to be held on April 22, 2008 at 2:30 pm, first call, were deposited today with the company’s registered office and with Borsa Italiana S.p.A. The Annual Report on Corporate Governance is also available on the corporate website (
www.mediolanum.it), where also other reports will be made available.
