Following the news reported by the media today, Mediolanum S.p.A. clarifies that currently no talks areunder way concerning potential M&A deals with either Italian or international groups.
Mediolanum S.p.A also reminds all those concerned that half-year results will be disclosed as scheduled after the Board of Directors meeting to be held on September 11, 2007.
