Filing of the documents relating to the candidates to the election of the Board of
Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors pursuant to Art. 144-octies of the
Regulations for Issuers or “Regolamento Emittenti”
With reference to the upcoming Shareholders’ Meeting – convened in single call on April 29, 2014 at 14,30 – we inform that the documents disciplined by art. 144-sexies amd 144-octies of the Regulations for Issuers or “Regolamento Emittenti” are available to the public at the registered office of the Company, on the web site of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the Company’s web site www.mediolanum.com (Section InvestorRelations/Corporate Governance/Annual General Meeting). Such documents pertain, inter alia, to the personal and professional details of the candidates to the election of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors as indicated in the lists filed by the shareholders on April 3 and 4, 2014.
